After the Sprint merger, migrating customers were confused about billing and benefits, driving a large volume of customer-care calls.

// The approach

I helped build customer-facing onboarding pages at t-mobile.com/support with Vue.js and TypeScript on a PHP/Laravel and Node backend, deployed through an AWS and GitLab CI/CD stack.

// The outcome

A significant decrease in customer-care calls from Sprint customers moving to T-Mobile, plus clearer education on un-carrier benefits and how billing would appear going forward.
